Return & refund policy

Returns

We happily accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, your choice) within 5-7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
